Products

All Naeos products are handcrafted from stoneware. As handmade objects, minor variations in size, colour, and finish are inherent and expected — they are part of what makes each piece unique, not a defect.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

Orders & Fulfilment

Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, we will process and dispatch your order within the timeframe stated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
