At Naeos, every piece is handcrafted from stoneware and packaged with great care. We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@naeos.store with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged Items

All our products are fragile stoneware and are packed carefully to ensure safe delivery. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

One-of-a-kind pieces marked as such are final sale and cannot be returned unless damaged in transit.
